Sheridan Township Motorcycle Accident Kills Man

A motorcycle driver was killed in a collison with a car in Sheridan Township. The motorcycle accident happened last Monday evening.

The victim

was on his motorcycle traveling northbound on Maple Island Road just south of 48th St. when he was hit.
The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries in the crash. The name of the driver is being withheld pending further investigation.

He was taken to a hospital in Grand Rapids where he died from his injuries. The 29-year-old man was an employee for the Muskegon County Health Department. Toxicology tests are being done on both drivers.
